Sun and Skin

Fair skin burns fast, and sun-smart habits protect skin for life.

Why this matters (for parents): Make sunscreen part of the morning routine, like brushing teeth. Plan outdoor play for early morning or late afternoon, and pack hats, long sleeves and water.

Health numbers are general guidance for parents, not medical advice. Ask your family doctor about your own child.
