Move for Life

Moving every day builds a strong heart, strong bones and a happy mood for a long, healthy life.

Why this matters (for parents): Aim for about 60 minutes of active play spread through the day. Play for fun and for feeling good. Supervise treadmills, the VersaClimber and swimming every time.

Health numbers are general guidance for parents, not medical advice. Ask your family doctor about your own child.
