Story time

One morning at the flower meadow, Owen and Lily talked about “cover up in style.” Fair skin burns fast, and sun-smart habits protect skin for life. Owen said, “Let's try it today!” Lily smiled and said, “Let's do it together.” By the end of the day, they both felt proud of the healthy choice they made.

Try it!

Do a Shade Hunt: walk around your yard or a park with a grown-up and find three shady spots. Put your hat on first!
