Are health numbers medical advice?

No. Health numbers are general guidance for parents, not medical advice. Ask your family doctor about your own child.

Can I use packs with my co-op?

Yes, with a co-op license. Each comes with a license certificate.

Yes. Tap “Add to cart” on any pack, sticker set, wallpaper or bundle, then check out once from the cart.

What is in the membership?

Every printable, sticker and wallpaper pack, new printables each month, the AI Helper every day, and the AI Tutor with the parent dashboard.

Is the AI Tutor safe for my child?

It is a filtered AI with kid-safety rules first, nickname-only profiles, time limits and an off switch. See our safety approach and the AI Disclosure.

How many free AI Helper questions do visitors get?

Three. After that the AI Helper and AI Tutor are for members.

How do I delete my child's data?

In My account, use “Delete tutor data” or “Delete profile” for that learner. It happens right away.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. See the refund policy; we make broken or mistaken purchases right.

How do I cancel the membership?

In My account, choose “Manage billing, receipts and cancel”. Access lasts until the end of your paid period.
