Refund Policy

Our printables are digital, so you get them instantly. We still want every family to be happy, so we keep refunds simple.

We'll make it right

• A file is broken, missing or doesn't match its description: email support@jjrave.com within 30 days. We will send a fixed file or a full refund, your choice.
• You bought something by mistake or already owned it (for example, a pack and then the bundle that includes it): email us within 14 days for a full refund of the duplicate.
• Changed your mind: email us within 14 days and we will refund one-time purchases, no questions asked, one time per family.

Memberships

You can cancel any time from My account. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. Yearly members who cancel in the first 14 days get a full refund.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. When an order is refunded, its download access ends.
