Caring for Farm Animals

Caring for animals teaches kids gentleness, patience and responsibility.

Why this matters (for parents): Always supervise kids around animals, teach slow movements and quiet voices, and make handwashing with soap a rule after every chore. Give kids one daily job, like refilling water or collecting eggs, so they learn responsibility.
