Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and JJRave ("we", "us"), the owner of jjrave.com. By using the site, creating a parent account, adding a learner profile, or buying a product, you agree to these terms and to the policies they link to: the Privacy Policy, Children's Privacy Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, AI Disclosure, Printables License, Refund Policy, Cookie Notice and Copyright and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who may use the site

Accounts, purchases, the parent email list and the AI Tutor are for adults 18 or older who are a parent, legal guardian, or a teacher or co-op leader acting with parents' permission. Children may read the free lessons and use the AI tools only under an adult's supervision and, for the AI Tutor, only through a learner profile that a parent created. Children may never create accounts, buy anything, or send us personal information.

2. Your parent account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; there is no password to share. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including the learner profiles you create and the controls you set for them (time limits, topics and the on/off switch). Tell us right away at support@jjrave.com if you think someone else used your account.

3. Products, prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we never see or store your card number. Digital products are delivered as download links right after payment and stay available in My Downloads. We may change prices or products at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for. If we make a pricing error, we will contact you and offer a refund or the correct price before you are charged again.

4. Membership

The All-Access Membership ($7/month or $59/year) renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from My account (Manage billing); your access continues until the end of the period you paid for and is not charged again. Membership includes the full printables library, new monthly printables and the AI Tutor. We may add or change membership content; if we remove a major feature, you may cancel and ask for a prorated refund of the unused time.

5. License to use our printables and lessons

Everything on the site (lessons, art, printables, stickers, wallpapers, songs and software) belongs to JJRave and is protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the limited license described in the Printables License: print and use it for your own family, or for your group if you bought a co-op license. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, or use them to train AI models. Copyright notices go to copyright@jjrave.com (see the Copyright and DMCA Policy).

6. The AI Helper and AI Tutor

This helper is a filtered AI. It is not a person and not your friend. Always check with a grown-up you trust. The AI tools give short, filtered educational answers. They can be wrong, they are not a teacher, doctor, counselor or friend, and they never replace a parent's judgment. A grown-up should supervise use and double-check anything important. Visitors get a small number of free AI Helper questions; after that, the AI tools are for members. Daily limits apply to keep the service fair and affordable. Read the AI Disclosure for details.

7. Health and safety information

Lessons and AI answers are general education about healthy habits, not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Health numbers are general guidance for parents; ask your family doctor about your own child. Our safety lessons teach: "If someone hurts you, tell someone you trust, and keep telling until they help."

8. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access, end a learner profile's tutor access, or close an account that breaks it, and we may refuse service to anyone who abuses the site or the AI tools.

9. Links to other sites

The Homeschool Hub links to outside programs and curricula. We have no affiliate links and are not paid for these recommendations. Outside sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Changes and availability

We work to keep the site fast and available, but we may update, pause or change features, including during maintenance. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paying members, we will email them at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

11. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the site, downloads or AI answers will be error-free or uninterrupted. Some places do not allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JJRave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

If you misuse the site, break these terms, or infringe someone else's rights, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

14. Ending your account

You may stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. Sections 5, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue after an account ends.

15. Disputes and governing law

Please email us first at support@jjrave.com; most problems are fixed quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and handled in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Either of us may use small-claims court for qualifying claims.

16. General

These terms and the linked policies are the whole agreement between us about the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account; we may transfer these terms if the site changes ownership, and we will tell you if that happens. We communicate with you by email and on the site, and you agree those notices count as written notice.
