Self-Defense Basics

Aware, confident kids know how to get to safety.

Why this matters (for parents): Practice calmly and playfully, never with scary stories. Help your child memorize your phone number and address, and agree on safe places.

A boy runs toward his house while a girl holds up firm stop hands at a large faceless black shadow stranger, beside a sign reading Stop, Run, Tell.
