Cooking with Kids

Cooking together teaches kids healthy food, kitchen safety and real-life skills.

Why this matters (for parents): Pick one simple recipe a week and give kids real jobs: washing, stirring, tearing, measuring and mashing. Grown-ups handle knives, stoves and ovens. Cooking together builds math, reading and healthy taste buds.
