Big Idea

My Water Bottle Habit: Fill it in the morning, take it everywhere, refill it, and wash it every night.

Story time

One morning at the farmhouse kitchen with a big pitcher of water, Hazel and Finn talked about “my water bottle habit.” Water keeps kids cool, focused and full of energy. Hazel said, “Let's try it today!” Finn smiled and said, “Let's do it together.” By the end of the day, they both felt proud of the healthy choice they made.

Try it!

Make fruit-slice water with a grown-up: wash a lemon, a cucumber and a few strawberries, let a grown-up slice them, drop them into a pitcher of cold water and chill it for an hour. Then color a cup on your water chart for every glass you drink today.
