Screen-Free Zones

Big Idea
Screen-Free Zones: No screens at the dinner table or in bedrooms.
Story time
One morning at the sunny living room, Ben and Hazel talked about “screen-free zones.” Balanced screen time leaves room for play, sleep, family and real-life learning. Ben said, “Let's try it today!” Hazel smiled and said, “Let's do it together.” By the end of the day, they both felt proud of the healthy choice they made.
Try it!
Make a family screen plan together: write when screens are on, when they are off, and three offline things you love to do. Everyone signs it, and you check how it went at the end of the week.
