Big Idea

The Four Seasons: What changes outside in spring, summer, fall and winter.

Story time

One morning at the forest trail past the meadow, Finn and Clara talked about “the four seasons.” Fresh air and nature help kids feel calm, curious and healthy. Finn said, “Let's try it today!” Clara smiled and said, “Let's do it together.” By the end of the day, they both felt proud of the healthy choice they made.

Try it!

Go on a 20-minute nature walk with a grown-up (cap, long sleeves and water on). Find something you can see, hear, smell and gently touch, then draw your favorite find in a nature journal.
