Big Idea

Bright Mornings: Wake-up routine, open the curtains, stretch, and breakfast.

Story time

One morning at the cozy farmhouse at bedtime, Finn and Clara talked about “bright mornings.” Sleep helps kids grow, remember what they learn and feel calm. Finn said, “Let's try it today!” Clara smiled and said, “Let's do it together.” By the end of the day, they both felt proud of the healthy choice they made.

Try it!

Draw your bedtime routine in four pictures: bath, pajamas, brush teeth, story. Hang it by your bed.
