Trust Your Gut

Big Idea
Trust Your Gut: The "uh-oh feeling" and listening to it.
Story time
One morning at the kitchen table with a parent, Finn and Clara talked about “trust your gut.” Kids who know body-safety rules are safer and know how to get help. Finn said, “Let's try it today!” Clara smiled and said, “Let's do it together.” By the end of the day, they both felt proud of the healthy choice they made.
