Big Idea

Singing Together: Breathing, simple songs and family sing-alongs.

Story time

One morning at the living room by the piano, Lily and Ben talked about “singing together.” Making music and art trains memory and focus, and it's joyful. Lily said, “Let's try it today!” Ben smiled and said, “Let's do it together.” By the end of the day, they both felt proud of the healthy choice they made.

Try it!

Clap a rhythm, then sing it back with a grown-up. Make a shaker from a jar and dry beans and play along.
