Big Idea

Building Good Habits: Small steps every day, the same time each day, and a chart to check off.

Story time

One morning at the family dinner table, Sam and Rosie talked about “building good habits.” Good manners show respect, and good habits make every day easier. Sam said, “Let's try it today!” Rosie smiled and said, “Let's do it together.” By the end of the day, they both felt proud of the healthy choice they made.

Try it!

Practice the magic words all day: please, thank you, excuse me and sorry. At dinner, everyone shares one time they used a magic word today.
